About Me
I am José Antonio Estevan, Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering with a minor in Computing and Artificial Intelligence (my B. thesis: Benchmarking Large Language Models toward reasoning fairness and unanticipated bias), and I research about ethical artificial intelligence and its implications.
I work as a Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft and have spent the last 20 years working with business applications, large-scale data and business integrations and, lately, agent-based automation and artificial intelligence, helping global strategic customers improve their operational efficiency.
This blog is, at its core, my notebook: I write to learn because that’s how I learn, and I try to share what I learn with the community, from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365, and now also AI scenarios with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
What I do
I help customers and partners design and optimize large-scale business processes, aligning technology with business value. With a pragmatic, problem-solving approach, I help unblock technical challenges, manage change, and understand and train the users these processes will help. I thrive in high-pressure environments where collaboration, clarity, and long-term vision are key to delivering lasting impact.
What motivates me most is real impact that improves people’s work and lives, complex problem solving, mentoring colleagues and teams, and making ethical decisions.
