Microsoft CSU Pace Setter, for the second time! [ENG]
I am super excited to have been selected for the CSU Pace Setters program for the second year in a row! I am super grateful as this is a peer nominated program and been recognized by your peers is always an extremely rewarding feeling. Quoting the recognition letter: “Congratulations on being selected for the FY25 CSU Pace Setters Program! We are thrilled that you were nominated and that your impact in the areas of Technical Excellence, Technical Leadership, and Community Impact, was recognized by your peers.”.
I am extremely proud to have been nominated and accepted this Fiscal Year 2025 for the second time, as I was already part of this program in FY24 last year, the first time it was leveraged. This is the closest feeling I have had to be an MVP since I joined Microsoft!
It also comes with a badge ^^

Program definition:
The CSU Pace Setters Program is a global, peer-nominated, Customer Success Unit (CSU) program open to all Cloud Solution Architects (CSA). The CSU Pace Setters are forged in the field, for the field and the intent of the program is to drive technical innovation and excellence while inspiring our top technical talent. The CSU Pace Setters are recognized by being part of an elite technical community, with opportunities to create connection across regions and teams, engage in peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and interact with product groups to discuss feature requests, customer issues, security/trust, and related concerns. In addition to the yearlong program commitment, CSU Pace Setters will come together for an in-person event and be given exposure to leading technical and business challenges which will enhance their ability to influence and scale across the organization.
But more importantly. It comes with an onsite event in the main campus in Redmond, where we will have the chance to meet in person our peers in the program around the world, our leadership and product groups, getting first-hand information about roadmap and product strategy.
