Global Power Platform Bootcamp Alicante 2026
I spent last Saturday’s morning at Parque Científico de Alicante (PCA) presenting at the Global Power Platform Bootcamp Alicante 2026. The session revolved around the different ways to design and orchestrate agents with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry: where it makes sense to start, what orchestration options exist, and what to watch out for when a project moves beyond proof of concept and heads into production.
From Agent Builder, designed so that anyone can describe an agent in natural language without writting any code, through Copilot Studio as a low-code environment with data connections and more advanced flows, all the way to the pro developer layer (GitHub, Visual Studio, Azure AI Foundry) for technical teams that need custom integrations.
Regarding scale, we discussed how Copilot Studio connects natively with some Azure AI Foundry components, MCP servers, and other agents (via Agents SDK or A2A), and the importance of putting the project through a security review before taking it to production: identifying risks, security or governance gaps, and aligning it with the product roadmap, the lifecycle of other components, and the business processes it will support.

It is always interesting to help the community grow, meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and stay in touch with partners, customers, and students. But this event is special to me because not many events like this are organized in my home region and you have to support those who dare to make them happen. Thanks to the organizers for considering me and for the effort and great work they put in. If you missed it, mark your calendar for next year!
